Service and Fees
MPRS physician specialists use evidence based medicine and practice guidelines in a number of categories:
- Medical necessity
- Standard of care
- Experimental and investigational
- Over/under utilization
- Length of stay
- Pharmacy
- Transplant
Each medical record reviewed will have a record specific report completed. Each engagement will also include an
executive summary of all care reviewed with opinions and recommendations.
MPRS offers two pricing options. For clients with periodic review needs, we offer hourly fees with no minimum volume.
For clients with larger caseloads, we construct a pricing schedule to meet your needs. All quotes represent the maximum amount MPRS will charge for the
engagement. We do not bill over the contracted amount.
Expedited reviews are frequently available within 10 days. Standard reviews are completed within 21-30 days.
Our services include a focused review with the physician reviewer addressing specific clinical questions/concerns requested
by the client. Our comprehensive review evaluates all aspects of the clinical care provided to the patient.
