Cheryl Payne MPRS is administered by Cheryl Payne, MS, RN. Cheryl has more than 30 years of healthcare experience, including over 20 years of peer review
experience in hospitals and managed care organizations. Cheryl has a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Sage
Graduate School in Albany, NY. She is certified by the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Professionals in
quality assurance, utilization review, risk management, credentialing, and cost containment. Amy Stallmer provides the day-to-day
support for Cheryl and coordinates the peer review needs of hospitals and health plans in New York and the northern half of the
United States.
